Sometimes called 'poor man's bonsai' or 'string gardens' kokedamas are easy care gift or treat yourself in your home or office.
Originating in Japan, kokedama is a combination of nearai (no pot), and bonsai and kusamono planting styles.
Kokedama literally means 'moss ball' and is made of a custom mix of soil, covered in moss, and bound with wire or string. Watch a fun video of me making a Kokedama

When the ball feels light in weight submerge your Kokedama in a bowl of water for @ 15 minutes or less for smaller ones. Watering is usually once a week, but will depend on your environment.
Kokedamas feature several different plants. View them in the Gallery.
